Is humanitarian involvement important to your organization? The Trivani Rescue Initiative can help you to meet this goal without hurting your chances of survival in the world marketplace. Organizations who get involved with the TRI have the opportunity to sponsor an entire village through Trivani’s 501(c)(3) humanitarian organization, the Trivani Foundation.
When your organization signs up with Trivani, you will be assigned a village, based on the village’s needs and your organization’s goals. Your organization will then receive regular updates on the progress of your village and can work together to move your village toward graduation (see below for more details). This village sponsorship program is a fabulous incentive for you to continue expanding your organization, since the more active members you have in your organization, the larger the village you can help and the faster you can help that village to reach self-sufficiency.
The TRI provides an element of service in your organization that can bind your members together in a greater cause and purpose and encourage additional members to sign up and participate in your organization’s activities. What Needs Do Villages Typically Have? How Can My Organization Help?Trivani has categorized village needs into five areas: - Clean water and food
- Education
- Microenterprise
- Health
- Environment/utilities
Some villages have many needs and may need several different structures in each of the six categories. Similarly, some villages may be nearly self-sufficient and may only need a bit of help to get them off the ground. Your organization will be helping the village to meet these needs by providing the funds necessary to get them going. Trivani feels strongly that those who are living in poverty in developing countries have the desire to work for a living; they only lack the opportunity. You will provide that opportunity by giving needed funds and allow the villagers to do the rest. This system will give your organization and the villagers the empowerment you and they need to keep moving forward. What Happens When My Assigned Village Has No More Needs to Meet? Your village will receive an expected graduation date—the date when the village is considered self-sufficient—which will be determined by the needs of the village. When your assigned village has become self-sufficient—or has no more immediate needs for the organization to sponsor—we consider it to be graduated. Congratulations! At that point, your organization will receive a new village to sponsor and will start this incredible process over again to bring hope to even more people.
We hope that the goal of every Trivani organization includes helping their village to reach its expected graduation date—or helping it to reach it much sooner than is expected. Your organization will have a fair amount of control over the amount of time it takes your village to graduate. If your organization participates well, purchases product each month, and continues to enroll others in Trivani and in your organization, there is a good chance that your village will reach its graduation much sooner than planned.
What Is the Trivani Child Guardian Program and How Can I Get My Organization Involved? When you become a Child Guardian, you have the opportunity to help care for a particular child in need somewhere in the world. This little boy or girl will be assigned to you and only you and—with funds produced solely from your Trivani product purchases—you can then play a role in helping to feed, clothe, medicate, and educate your assigned child each month, according to his or her needs. You will also receive a photo of your child and updates on his or her progress over the years.
Beyond the purchase of products you already buy on a regular basis, no extra fee is required to sponsor a child. (Click here to learn more about the simple qualifications to become a Guardian.) Trivani has purposefully designed this child sponsorship program as a manageable commitment so that more and more people will be willing and able to get involved and share a small portion of themselves. Even a small amount can go a long way in the lives of these people, and can bring real joy and satisfaction to your life as well.
Becoming a Trivani Child Guardian can not only benefit you personally but can also mean great things for your Trivani business. Trivani Guardians have an approximately 96% retention rate, which means that the more Child Guardians you can bring into your organization, the better member retention and participation you will receive and the better your overall sales will be. Guardianship also helps to lock your member’s emotions and purpose into your organization so they can become more fully invested in your group’s purpose and endeavors.
